Inflancer is an online platform designed to facilitate connections between influencers and brands, companies, and marketing agencies, enabling influencers to monetize their digital media presence. By utilizing our platform, you have the opportunity to endorse and engage with preferred brands and companies. In order to fulfill this purpose, we collect and process your Personal Information from various public sources, collating and organizing it with powerful tools to create influencer profiles and facilitate connections with our users.

We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Notice outlines how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including Personal Data, in conjunction with your usage of our Services. I. REGISTERED INFLUENCERS

Registered influencers voluntarily provide their personal details to be included in the Inflancer database and have officially registered their status as influencers with Inflancer.

Personal Information collected from Registered Influencers includes

Name Email address Phone number Location Gender Profile picture Social media handles and public profile information of followers for the influencer and for specific posts Social media handles and public profile information of who the influencer is following Text/image or video URLs posted or uploaded by the influencer or their followers/friends Pages, social accounts, hashtags, and groups the influencer is connected with Comments or posts by the influencer and/or friends/followers of the influencer Information about individuals who reacted (like/dislike), commented, or shared the post, including location data Address Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and operating system Some of the personal information collected may fall into special categories. However, we only collect and process publicly available information made manifestly public by you.

Ways of Collecting Personal Information

A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

Upon creating a profile, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of your Personal Information. This includes basic details such as your full name, email address, phone number, gender, age, location, and areas of interest. We may also request connections to your social accounts. Your display name and username are always public.

We collect all information provided within the Inflancer platform, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, gender, age, location, areas of interest, created content, uploaded content, documents, spreadsheets, comments, and interactions on various social media platforms.

Your contact information (email address, phone number) is used for authentication, security purposes, spam prevention, and to personalize our services. By providing your phone number and email address, you agree to receive communications from Inflancer.
